Anyone got any idea of how to make the Peanut Butter chicken from Hong Kong buffet? - thai buffet
I love it and I try to do at home. This is the Thai version of chicken and almond version. Have a nice thick sauce made from peanut butter. Any idea or suggestion?

I think we are talking about the chicken satay, chunks of chicken grilled on a skewer with a sauce made from peanut butter, right? I have the following recipe from the Food Network, and it's wonderful. You will also find some ready Sate (sometimes spelled "satay sauce ') market in the Asia section. Enjoy!
