Most foods are negative calories do not think those are apples. Celery and water. You should see trans fats and saturated fats, but counting calories is more important than seeing fat. A calorie is a calorie. If you have more calories than you consume you lose weight. And the weight gain or if you consume more calories than you burn then. Trans fats and saturated fats are bad. Trans-fatty acids is not necessary or beneficial for health. You should have little or no trans fatty acids in the diet. Saturated fats are necessary, but in moderation. If you want to lose weight eat no more than 18 grams of saturated fat per day. Other fats are good fats. You should total 55-75 grams of fat per day.
